Disliked: Check in was awful! Communication was not good, we did not get the room we were promised, had to ask for clean amenities. It was not up to Hampton in. Qualities. We love staying at Hampton inn but won’t stay here again

Disliked: We stayed once before and this visit was not as pleasant. Our room was kind of dirty, breakfast was not impressive at all, and it was overall uncomfy. Not what I’ve come to expect from Hilton Hotels.

A Good Value for the...

Liked: The breakfast for this stay was much better than our stay 8 nights earlier. For example, there were actually things to add to the oatmeal (nuts, raisins), whereas before there was nothing. For both stays, the room (requested the same one) was very clean with ample amenities in the bathroom (soap, shampoo, conditioner, dryer, lotion...), The TV had easy-to-use controls and good picture quality. Beds very comfy. For both stays, the people at the main desk were helpful and courteous. And we appreciated the proximity to Perkins Restaurant for dinner.
Disliked: The night of the 2nd stay, there was a family down the hall that was fairly loud until the kids went to sleep. Maybe the hotel could use more sound-proofing?
