Liked: The staff was so wonderful. Carrie checked us in and was extremely welcoming. All the staff smile and greet you. They're really, really lovely. We haven't come to expect much from large chain hotels, but this was hands down the cleanest we've stayed at. No weird mystery stains in the room or signs of neglect. Kuddos to the housekeeping staff. It was impressive. The room was large and well thought out. The breakfast was a pretty standard hotel breakfast. It was always fully stocked. Parking here is free and easy to access. We were visiting our son at Hurlburt Field and the location couldn't have been better for that. So impressed with this hotel.
Disliked: The pillows and bed are hotel standard. Pillows were super flat and the bed was bouncy. This is basically what I expected, it's just never great, and not unique to this hotel.

Definitely will be back!
