Overall we loved our 1...

Liked: My husband and I like the layout of the Hampton Inn’s. We stay at Hampton inn’s whenever possible as we like the look and feel of these Hotels.

Bad

Liked: Everything except being robbed by the hotel, an/or Booking.com
Disliked: I was charged for all three rooms as expected. The last guests to arrive, were also charged for the same room that I already paid for. We have both since reviewed the receipts, and the credit card statements and it is painfully obvious that we were double charged for that room. Horrendously disappointing.

Disliked: Would have liked a hot tub option

Exceptional

Liked: Hotel was like new - plenty of hot water and fresh towels. Room was the perfect temperature. Bed was comfortable. Decor was fresh and modern. Room was clean. Best of all, the hotel was so quiet. I slept like a baby.
Disliked: Nothing. It was everything I look for in a good hotel

Disliked: The shower only having one glass door. Very cold that way

Liked: Staff was friendly
Disliked: Beds were not comfortable very saggy. Breakfast was lukewarm at best and some items were not refilled after a large group that was in previously.
