Beautiful hotel, no hot tub...

Liked: Great breakfast, very clean room. Comfortable beds!
Disliked: It was unclear if their hot tub was working. We had planned a trip with the grandkids, for pool and hot tub time.I called the hotel and specifically asked if the hot tub was working. The gentleman on the phone told me it was, so I booked the room.Got to the hotel and the hot tub was drained with caution cones surrounding it. Very disappointing. The kids said the pool was cold, so they did not utilize it much. Not as much as if there was a functioning hot tub. I wouldn’t have booked a room at that price had I known there was no hot tub. There was a description that stated a hot tub was one of the amenities.

Disliked: The hot tub wasn't working and that was the entire reason I booked this place!!!! You need to update pictures and lower prices if that isn't working! I feel like the price should've been lower!
