Disliked: The hallways on all floors we’re going thru renovations but we weren’t warned and we’re disappointed even though staff did ALL THEY COULD DO to make our stay comfortable

Should not be charging full...

Liked: Rooms were fairly clean, beds were comfortable
Disliked: Halls were filthy, fire doors were in operatable, smoke detector was taped over. Counters in bathroom were way too high. Hard to shave and hard for my wife to apply makeup.

Liked: The distance from family and a event
Disliked: The fridge didn’t work, the ice machine was out of order, we were on the 3 rd floor which was difficult for my husband since we had to take our dog out. There was a pet fee I didn’t know about. They were remodeling. The breakfast was terrible on the second day.
