Liked: The food was very good and fresh. There were a variety of options. Staff was very friendly and helpful for the duration of my stay.
Disliked: The hot water and pressure in the shower was weak and was barely lukewarm.

Kenya saved me from writing...

Liked: Kenya!! She explained why we didn’t have a microwave in our room and because there was an unknown bug in our room she moved us to another. We appreciated that.
Disliked: The Asian lady was rude to us when we told her there was no microwave. She insisted that one was there and that maybe we took it

Liked: Did not enjoy the property at all.
Disliked: The staff was rude, my room wasn’t ready until after 5pm, the comforter and sheets were dirty, the tv was cracked, the holder for shampoo was broken and the shampoo and conditioner were on the ground, they are remodeling so the ice machine is out of order, the outside doors remained propped open all night and day, and they double charged me for my room upon checkout when I had already paid through booking.
