Liked: Room was not clean, bed not made, fridge still contained items from previous guests

Liked: Location was great b/c my niece lives close by
Disliked: Tissue paper ran out about after my 6th time getting some.

As expected and a little...

Liked: Comfy beds, clean room, water, tea and coffee always available, quick check in, free parking,Safe, Lupe loves her job and provided exceptional service during brekfast.
Disliked: Guests and especially staff let the doors SLAM. One morning it was RIDICULOUSLY loud.
