Liked: Staff was helpful and very courteous.
Disliked: Yes, the prices for the snacks were way too high and the valet parking was way to expensive.

Pleasantly surprised given other reviews I had read. Would definitely stay there again.

Liked: Passion fruit juice to go with the O.J. in the morning. Working refrigerator in room.
Disliked: Ice maker was dead, even though when I asked I was told it was working.

Needs better staff that are...

Liked: The staff were horrible acted very biases towards me because I was not of Hispanic Mexican region or culture. Also someone came and tried to break into our room during our stay. Later a staff member housekeeper open the door while my girlfriend was naked without respecting the card on the door that said do Not disturb he still entered into the room this was very scary. The stay was not so good. Needs better staff and maybe not all one culture. Mix it up.

Disliked: Parking $45/night valet no other option. I know it's typical nowadays, but the parking came with the hotel design, so I'll never think that it's ok for any hotel to charge your guest.

Disliked: No heated outdoor pool. Breakfast was limited but ok.

Placid stay

Liked: The hotel is clean, neat and tidy, the room was comfortable, the breakfast is buffet style with a small selection but they offer a waffle machine, with lots of different toppings, bread and pastries, omelettes, some fruits and cereals. We were placidly surprised by the available options for breakfast.
Disliked: The hotel only offer valet parking and it’s expensive, however we found street parking nearby and that was fine for us.
