Liked: Staff was helpful and very courteous.
Disliked: Yes, the prices for the snacks were way too high and the valet parking was way to expensive.

Pleasantly surprised given other reviews I had read. Would definitely stay there again.

Liked: Passion fruit juice to go with the O.J. in the morning. Working refrigerator in room.
Disliked: Ice maker was dead, even though when I asked I was told it was working.

A good place to stay...

Liked: The Hampton Inn is close to many attractions. My girlfriend and I were in town to attend the TEA show at the Avalon Ballroom located near Hollywood and Vine which made the location perfect. It is also close to out favorite night club on Cherokee Avenue - Bar Sinister. The staff at the hotel were friendly and the valet service was excellent.
Disliked: No complaints.

Disliked: -No self-parking. Parking is only Valet $50/night. - Pillows were to soft, almost like sleeping on nothing that it hurt my neck the whole stay.

Liked: The staff were horrible acted very biases towards me because I was not of Hispanic Mexican region or culture. Also someone came and tried to break into our room during our stay. Later a staff member housekeeper open the door while my girlfriend was naked without respecting the card on the door that said do Not disturb he still entered into the room this was very scary. The stay was not so good. Needs better staff and maybe not all one culture. Mix it up.
