Great location but the quality...

Liked: Location, friendly staff, cleanliness, 24/7 tea/coffee
Disliked: Condition of the room we got on the 5th floor - one of the shelves in the bathroom almost falling, the others are about to fall, shower curtain needs to be replaced, the grouting around the bathtub needs to be fixed. Breakfast choices- lots of processed food. Gym - two holes in the ceiling.

Excellent location, little things I...

Liked: Location was awesome, lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Microwave and mini fridge in room was appreciated. The staff at the front desk was very nice.
Disliked: Breakfast was not as good as other Hampton's I've stayed at. Shower head pressure was pretty poor.

This was my second stay...

Liked: Location was great. Staff was great.
Disliked: Room was run down . Headboards on both beds had big chunks of the fabric and cushion ripped off. Walls had been repainted in certain areas different colors as lights turned off it was quite noticeable, toilet tissue roll holder was broken , bathtub took long time to drain out . Looked as if just “picked up “ not thoroughly cleaned .
