Overall I had an excellent...

Liked: The location was great for shopping. However it was a bit far for the Rose Bowl Parade. There were no buses to take you to the location.
Disliked: The property can use some updating. The room had holes in the headboard. No one came to change the towels or pick up the trash. I did not request service but I would have liked clean towels and trash pick up daily.

Great location but the quality...

Liked: Location, friendly staff, cleanliness, 24/7 tea/coffee
Disliked: Condition of the room we got on the 5th floor - one of the shelves in the bathroom almost falling, the others are about to fall, shower curtain needs to be replaced, the grouting around the bathtub needs to be fixed. Breakfast choices- lots of processed food. Gym - two holes in the ceiling.
