Unexpected
Liked: That it’s nightly deposite is way cheaper than any other I have stayed out before on booking. And it’s in better locations. I will be back real soon!
Disliked: That I didn’t book sooner. Wish I would have booked this place the last few times

Disappointing
Liked: Staff was friendly
Disliked: Room was small for the price paid. No refrigerator or microwave. Noisy hallway and walls.

Best breakfast in town
Liked: We like the Hampton Inn for rooms are always clean and the breakfasts are very good. The staff is very kind at this Hampton

Nice hotel other than very...
Liked: Clean, nice breakfast, good location, felt safe, nice staff.
Disliked: Our AC unit was so loud we had to turn it off. Seemed like a room under us had their AC on and it was so loud we couldn’t sleep. Sounded like a turbine. At 11:30 pm we changed to another room. Much quieter. In the morning speaking with other guests they had the same problem. We spoke with 4 other couples. The Ac/heat system needs updating badly! We would think twice about staying there again.

I didn't much sleep. All...
Liked: The hotel was fine. Standard affair. Clean. Nothing fancy but totally fine.
Disliked: The staff were incredibly rude, unaccommodating and not receptive to the most basic ask, which was to let me sleep. Which is the only reason why I came there. I arrived very late, called in advance to tell them so they wouldn't give a way my room and showed up later than I expected because I was having tire pressure issues and had to keep stopping for air. 13 hours of driving later at 1:30AM, I arrived and asked if I could please have a late check out. I was told I would have to call and ask the manager at 6AM. I asked them to please make a note on my account as they had for the late check in. Was told this was not possible and had to call at 6AM. I didn't sleep well regardless. Called at 5:50AM and was told to call back 10 minutes later. When I called at 6:05, no one answered the phone and i had to keep trying back for 10-15 minutes. Finally someone answer and I was granted a late check out. I finally fell asleep but then at 7:15AM I was awaken by a phone call from the front desk asking me if I still wanted to have a late check out. I could not believe what was happening. Felt like I was being gas lit. I said yes, I confirmed this an hour ago. I could not go to sleep after that. There was grounds work or construction happening. Guests leaving, doors slamming, and the housekeeping knocked on my door despite having finally established both a late check out and having a do not disturb sign on my door. When I finally showered and went to check out and get a receipt, I wanted to explain to whomever was in charge what I had gone through. After a 13 hour drive the day before, and the 8 hour drive plus dealing with AAA and replacing the tire that was now flat. The person in charge had nothing to offer other than that I should probably drink a bunch of coffee. It was shocking. I travel and stay in hotels through my jobs all the time. Have never been treated this way consistently by all of the staff at a place. Something is seriously wrong there.

Liked: Heater was extremely loud, loud enough to wake me up every time it came on. It would come on a a few minutes then off for a few minutes. We finally turned it off.
Disliked: Everything else was fine.
