Liked: Location was ok
Disliked: Tried to contact front desk around midnight on 10/25-10/26 and no answer. Loud/unruly party on our floor and no one available to help.

Very disappointed in the facilities...

Liked: The front desk lady was friendly.
Disliked: There was no water when we arrived. So we couldn’t use the bathroom or shower. The breakfast was horrible and everything felt really dirty. There was trash on the floor in the lobby.

Disliked: Our rooms smelled, the sheets and carpets had stains. The whole room felt dirty.

Okay. Breakfast was nice, very...

Liked: Carpet was dirty. Spots everywhere. You need to redo carpet in Room 411. I have never seen carpet that bad in any other Hampton hotel I've stayed .
Disliked: Carpet was in need of cleaning or replacement!
