The room was fine except...

Liked: Breakfast was good lots of options. Staff friendly and quick check in.
Disliked: Room 413 was right near the elevators. Thankful there was not too many loud people. We had the exterior spot light right outside our window. Made it very bright even with the curtain closed. Price was a bit high for a Tuesday night. Thought there might be reduced rate for the middle of the week.

Liked: Well- I get to write two reviews for my TWO rooms that were booked and only one was available.
Disliked: You gave my second room away. Only my king room with ONE bed was available for four adults and a baby. No ownership at all.

Horrible customer service

Liked: Absolutely will NEVER be back!
Disliked: Staff messed up our rooms. Blame bookings all you want but I have all the documentation. We travelled from Saskatchewan with 4 adults and a newborn and they cancelled a room. They did nothing except offer us water. I would like a manager to contact me as I was told there wasnt one.
