Liked: I liked the location and hotel
Disliked: The bathroom and room wasn’t entirely free from hairs that I saw when I arrived but it was mostly clean. The toilet and tub wasn’t entirely clean either

Liked: Most of staff was polite, room was very clean
Disliked: Notified Hampton Inn and reported disappointment with stay. One main issue was Pool had no heat. So cold and uncomfortable that I developed leg cramps, my fiance had to help me out of pool.. 3 different stories as to why no heat. Mentioned to staff that children shouldn't be permitted in pool due to extreme cold temperature. Response was "why", they dont pay it any mind, they come out with blue lips and shivering but they are happy.Simply got "Sorry" response from Hampton Inn survey. I wont stay there again.

Disappointing

Liked: Size of room and bathroom Glow in dark toilet seat
Disliked: All kinds of hair on shower wallsShower doors out of balance and would open up when taking showerBreakfast was lousyLoveseat in room very uncomfortable.I have stayed there about 4 times for almost a week each time. Seems to get worse every time I go back. People say why do you still go there it's location. Definitely not worth 634.00

Liked: Staff and hotel were awesome and clean.
Disliked: The beds are not comfortable at all. They are very firm and springs. Room was clean but could have used a little extra tlc.
