Right from the start, the staff were friendly and helpful. Cookies await you at check-in. We needed regular coffee, not decaf and they brought some to our room along with a shower cap. Upon check out they kept our luggage so we would not have it in our car while we finished up our day before heading home. Beautiful walk to Dr. Pepper Center for an event. Breakfast was good and they had everything you could ever want: eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, fresh fruit, waffles...

Very tasteless hotel z

Liked: Needs a full deep cleaning from front door to back. The room I was given was said to have been clean, yet there were two roaches on the bathroom floor. Front end seemed best dismissive. Needless to say after a long night, I was able to find much better conditions at Canopy by Hilton.
Disliked: Cleanliness.. the hotel was dirty from front door to back. Riddled with bugs, lots of bugs on side door entrance as well.

Disliked: The ac unit made random noises. The fridge was frozen over so only worked as a cooler. The pool didn't look clean. But, overall, impressed with this hotel and staff!
