Superb

Liked: Very friendly staff. Great gym and indoor pool.
Disliked: The room was quite small for a family of 4.

Convenient, clean, comfortable!

Liked: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was only a 5min drive to the airport which was incredibly convenient. The sound insulation throughout was excellent so we could have a good sleep.
Disliked: Nothing, loved it!

Great overnight near LAX.

Liked: Breakfast was great. Staff was super nice and helpful. Room was large and comfortable.
Disliked: Difficult to get there since no airport shuttle. Taxi and Uber were a challenging from the airport but easy on our way back to airport.

Would not stay at this...

Liked: Good location. Lacking in cleanliness, but it wasn’t disgusting. The housekeepers could pay more attention to detail, though.
Disliked: The daytime employees are less than helpful and can be rude. Nighttime employees make claims about communication with day shift, only for day shift to act like you’re making things up. We were double charged despite informing the property of our late arrival and them telling us it was no problem. When I called to try and get it solved, the employee was disrespectful and talked over me.

Liked: Liked the location, the breakfast. The rooms were comfortable.
Disliked: The parking ticket system was marginal at best. $30 daily parking tickets had to be replaced 3 out of 4 mornings. Room housekeeping was by request, absurd, being a Hilton product.
