Disappointing
Disliked: Dear Management,I would like to share my disappointing experience with your front desk staff during my recent visit. Unfortunately, the receptionist, George, was extremely unprofessional and did not display the basic courtesy expected in hospitality. He was unfriendly, lacked a welcoming attitude, and even went so far as to insult me.Due to this unacceptable behavior, I immediately canceled my stay. While the front desk manager apologized, the experience left a lasting negative impression. If the reception—the first point of contact for guests—is handled this way, I can only imagine what the rest of the service might be like.For this reason, I cannot recommend your hotel to others. I sincerely hope you take action to ensure that such behavior does not happen again.

Disliked: My toilet got plugged and did not drain. It happens.. I called the reception for help and an older gentleman tells me sorry no one can help you, the guy left. You have to wait until tomorrow. I needed the bathroom so this wasn't ok. He continued to argue with me that i have to live with it. Did not offer to move me or anything.. then tells me to come down he will give me a plunger to do it myself! When I said are you joking? He shouts at me OK OK ai will come do it. Then he comes to my room.. gives me the nastiest glare ever! Does not say a word. Unclogs the toilet and leaves toilet water all over the bathroom floor. What a horrible service!Oh and my bathroom sink was broken.. Saw it on check in. No big deal, it wasn't leaking but still should not be OK to rent a room with a broken sink. When I told reception they said sure we'll tell someone.I know this is supposed to be a 3 star hotel. But good service is non negotiable and it costs nothing to be nice.I will make sure our team avoids these hotels going forward!
