Liked: Staff were all AWESOME!!
Disliked: I did not like being woke up at 7:30am on a Sunday by the mother and child that were above us. They sounded like they were kicking a ball all over the room, stomping and running. It was horrible.

Passable

Disliked: Booking didn't coordinate with hotel on changes due to the hurricane. I had to insist the staff at hotel keep checking. Other people were also having trouble with their booking.com/hotel reservations at the same time.
