I wouls highly recommend staying...

Liked: Newly renovated rooms were great. Camille at the front desk (afternoon shift) was efficient and gracious. Breakfast area is nice and the woman who managed it takes pride in her job as she made sure that every station was clean and she refilled items as soon as they needed it. No problem with dog friendly facilities.
Disliked: Young woman working the early shift before check in time is the wrong person for the front desk. She was not interested in answering questions or sharing any information

Liked: That it was clean, had a good breakfast, the ac/heater worked very good and the pool and hot tub were great

We go to Las Cruces...

Liked: The location is great, very centrally located. The beds were very comfortable and size of the room was nice.
Disliked: The breakfast was very disappointing, the food was lukewarm including the coffee. The facility was not very clean, the hallway carpets needed vacuumed, there was dust on the cover of our ice bucket. They tried to change my booking from 2 nights to 3 nights and at first were not willing to correct it, even after I showed them my confirmation from Booking.com. Then was told "oh the manager changed it, I will fix that". Also, for some reason we only got 6 channels on our TV. We stayed at this location the weekend after Thanksgiving and were very happy, I don't know what changed in that short time.
