Terrible customer service

Liked: 1.5 hours after checking in i was asked to leave. When I booked the room and when I checked in they were aware I was celebrating my sons birthday with 5 of his friends. So after unloading and my sons friends arive I had to find transportation to get 5 kids to different location. The women at the desk was horrible. She stated she would refund the money and never did. Now I have to waste more time fighting for a refund.

Disliked: I think it was unnecessary for the front desk to walk each person back to unlock the pool instead of guests using the card. She said she lost track of who was even in the pool.
