Liked: Perfect location to catch an early flight out of Lansing, Michigan.
Disliked: Pillows were very used/lumpy

Good Hotel overall! But, they...

Liked: Free breakfast, lots of space in the rooms, affordable, friendly and accommodating staff, work out room was updated- even had a peloton!
Disliked: The leather ottoman is falling apart in the king suite, terrible pillows, the carpet is dated, pool had some mildew- mold looking areas and the bathroom off the pool was not usable.

Liked: The morning staff was wonderful, helpful and very pleasant. The breakfast was great too.
Disliked: Everything was great except the overnight staff. The lady at the front desk was rude and mean. She accused us of having a party ( even though we were not) and said if even one thing in the room was out of place when we left I would get charged an additional $250. I was threatened with this extra $250 charge because my 16yr old had 2 cousins (from out of state) and a friend stay with us to swim and spend time with. I was also threatened with this extra charge 4 days before Christmas. I didn't have that extra $250 and if I was charged it, we wouldn't have had Christmas Dinner for my family. This made my stay extremely stressful. I was worried about making any noise or any messes. Although the people right next to our room had loud drunk sex to where my kids could hear them. And other guests were sitting by the pool drinking and partying. We did nothing but swim and play video games and spend some quality time together. The lady at the front desk, I believe was named Diane also told us we weren't allowed to eat during our stay. That we couldn't order food or bring food into the establishment because previous guests had spilled red pop on the white sheets and ground cake into the carpet. She told us this but then there were regular food deliveries throughout the night to other guests. I also fell in the parking lot because it was icy and nobody had been through to salt and when I told Diane she did nothing about it. She made the entire stay a very unwelcoming stressful experience. I will not be back and I will make sure everybody I know, knows how dreadful of a person she is to deal with. I am sorry that she is unhappy with her life but she has no reason to treat guests who are paying for their stay the way she treated us.

Liked: Breakfast was not what I expected. Not many items to choose from. I have stayed at Hampton Inn many times and breakfast was very good.
