Liked: Location was nice, the food was average. The room was clean and in good shape.
Disliked: Our tub and shower was missing the shower curtain, it had not been replaced prior to our entry. The front desk had a replacement but offered no one to install it so I had to install it myself. The elevators were acting up with some electronic issues but still came through. The fifth floor ice machine was defective and there were large garbage bags full of trash there the entire time we were there stacked by the elevators. The bags were full as if someone intended to empty them but failed.

The room was very dirty.

Disliked: The room was dirty. The bedsheets had hair all over. The sheets were never cleaned and replaced. The shower didn't have body wash. The soap dispenser in the shower was missing. The tissue box in the bathroom was empty. The phone in the room didn't work. I spoke with someone at the front desk who said I would get a credit through booking.com.

Liked: The location is great. Next to a Publix, Walgreens and outdoor mall with restaurants. Michelle at the front desk was amazing. She helped with anything we needed and helped move our room because of a “situation” with a man in the room next to us who was arguing on the phone from 11pm until 2am. Police showed up and everything
Disliked: The rooms are old. Needs some TLC. The bathrooms could use an update and good cleaning. The neighbor who was in the room next to us has a long term stay and caused problems the first night there. We were moved to a different room on the same floor but not much improvement. Didn’t get any sleep while we spent the weekend here for baseball tournament
