Everything was great!

Superb

it was fine

Liked: Staff was nice and responsive when our issue came up and handled it professionally. Their response changed our whole attitude towards our stay
Disliked: dirty wash rags in our bathroom upon arrival

Liked: The room was great. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: Nothing

Nice easy La Crosse stay

Liked: Clean, great staff
Disliked: I could hear a family through the walls with young children who kept us awake. It could use better sound proofing or at least spread out the rooms. I do 't think the hotel was busy at all. Also the breakfast was not great. Very clean and lovely staff, but forget the hot food. It seemed microwaved and soggy. Good bagels juice and coffee.
