Beautiful clean room, as was the entire hotel; extremely courteous staff and always eager to help with even the smallest of requests. Fantastic breakfast also I might add. All in all our stay was 5 stars all the way.

Disliked: I didn't like that their wasn't maid service everyday but only upon request.

Our stay was great.

Liked: The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was amazing. The woman taking care of the breakfast was the sweetest, most inviting person ever. She was a joy to talk to in the morning.
Disliked: I wish there was a shuttle service to Neyland stadium with it being so close.

Liked: When I arrived the room, I was in smelled a little, I figured from so much rain we had gotten in TN from the hurricane. I only mentioned it and they changed me to another room that did not have the smell in it. I was so grateful. The front desk was amazing on 09/30/24 and I would hope all hotels treated their visitors as they did here. We had to leave at 5:00 to get our friend to UT medical for surgery and they gave us cereal to eat even though it was an hour to breakfast, that really meant a lot. THIS WAS MY 2ND STAY AT A HAMPTON and I can tell you I will pick Hampton inn for from now on.
