Beautiful clean room, as was the entire hotel; extremely courteous staff and always eager to help with even the smallest of requests. Fantastic breakfast also I might add. All in all our stay was 5 stars all the way.

Disliked: I didn't like that their wasn't maid service everyday but only upon request.

Liked: The place, staff, amenities, and breakfast were very good.
Disliked: I had requested the Hamoton Inn closest to the URK campus, but I was situated some 10 miles west. Not knowing Knoxville made navigating the trip from campus to the Inn rather inconvenient.

Liked: Convenient location for trip. Easy to get to even though the exit and road is busy. It was one of the quietest rooms I’ve ever stayed in despite being close to the interstate.
