Liked: Immaculately clean property with excellent amenities and ambiance. Very nice breakfast, spot on time and delicious. Easy to find and get in and out. Fitness facilities are outstanding.
Disliked: Rooms on the highway side are a little noisy.

Disliked: The hotel didn’t have our reservation with booking.com despite them messaging me a few days prior to our arrival.They made us wait 45mins in the reception hall waiting to see whether they would let us have a room (plenty available) at the rate we had booked it with booking.comThey were not helpful, initially asking us to sort it directly with booking.com.

Liked: Location was excellent. Easy access from highway. Room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful though check-in took a long time.
Disliked: Breakfast could have more variety and table seating was limited.

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: Room was very poor indeed. We were allocated a large room, for a physically challenged person, which we are not. The room had limited seating, very poor lighting and an electrically operated window blind that was very challenging to use. The hot water/coffee dispensing by reception was frequently either in need of refilling or lukewarm at best. We have stayed at Hampton Inn hotels many times and have never been this disappointed.
