One of the best hotels...

Liked: The hotel was one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We got a welcome gift of cookies and water. When we checked out they had bags with fruit and a bagel to go. We will definitely stay here again!!

Glad to be back home

Liked: The breakfast was good. The location is great.
Disliked: Upon arrival I wanted to get the key for the room I chose while booking. The front desk clerk gave me another room. The shade was electronic and did not go up or down. No bed side stand, there was a very small shelf. There are other issues that I was not impressed with.

Untrustworthy staff

Liked: We left my daughters pink blanket in the room on accident when we checked out. She can’t sleep without it was given to her when she was very sick in the hospital. I called the hotel they said it wasn’t there but we left and went directly home. I can’t believe the staff there would take or throw out a child’s blanket. We are beside ourselves, we pride ourselves on only going to Hampton Inn hotels but this is unacceptable and will be our last stay ever.

Liked: Was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast choices. All of the staff was incredibly helpful and personable and I would love to visit again
Disliked: Needing a phone to scan a QR code for the channels and other information was not ideal.
