Excellent location, near theatres and Power and Light District. Right on the Trolley Car route; easy access to restaurants, bars and shopping

Disliked: Bathroom not the cleanest. Hair on toilet and in shower.

Liked: Location is convenient..
Disliked: No extra bedding, remote had to be replaced , no top sheet, hand lotion dispenser was empty, pillows had a musty type oder...oh and check in they couldn't find my reservation at first, asked if it was under another name. But soon found it..

Great hotel in a great...

Liked: Great central location, very nice facility, everything was clean & beautiful, absolutely wonderful Staff, felt safe, great shower, streetcar stop, not too noisy for being in the middle of everything
Disliked: The mattress was just a bit firm for me, but that’s my personal opinion

Nice hotel but deceptive about...

Liked: Nice location for exploring Crossroads and Power and Light. Comfortable bed. Spacious room.
Disliked: Hotel attendant didn’t disclose that uncovered parking cost $20. When fairness of practice was raised, hotel shrugged.

Liked: The lobby was inviting and the individual who checked us in was very pleasant.
Disliked: The entrance was a bit strange. Many cars just stopped clogging the way for others.

Minus the noise ten out...

Liked: The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. The bathroom amenities are a step above. The breakfast was delicious and hot. All of the staff is extremely nice. The KC trolley runs right out the front door, and there are tons of great day and night drink spots within walking distance.
Disliked: It did seem like we could hear more noise than I expect to hear it in a hotel, from the surrounding rooms and hallway.
