Liked: The lobby was inviting and the individual who checked us in was very pleasant.
Disliked: The entrance was a bit strange. Many cars just stopped clogging the way for others.

Minus the noise ten out...

Liked: The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. The bathroom amenities are a step above. The breakfast was delicious and hot. All of the staff is extremely nice. The KC trolley runs right out the front door, and there are tons of great day and night drink spots within walking distance.
Disliked: It did seem like we could hear more noise than I expect to hear it in a hotel, from the surrounding rooms and hallway.

Parking can be an issue.

Liked: Excellent Location. Very nice facility. Excellent Location.Did not like parking lot was full after paying hotel for parking and told my car would be towed if parked in drop off lane. Please fix that.
Disliked: Did not have enough bath towels. Staff did not provide clean towels when we asked. Staff said they had a towel shortage. This went on the entirety of our 4 day stay. Staff was not overly helpful.
