Excellent location, near theatres and Power and Light District. Right on the Trolley Car route; easy access to restaurants, bars and shopping

Liked: The staff here were phenomenal! To a person they were kind, warm, and welcoming. Room was comfortable and clean, and I always felt safe as a solo female. The train stops right in front!

Liked: It was clean and comfortable! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great with the street car right there. The breakfast was excellent. Overall a really great experience. Would definitely stay here again if I ever go back to Kansas City!

Disliked: No extra bedding, remote had to be replaced , no top sheet, hand lotion dispenser was empty, pillows had a musty type oder...oh and check in they couldn't find my reservation at first, asked if it was under another name. But soon found it..

Liked: Great central location, very nice facility, everything was clean & beautiful, absolutely wonderful Staff, felt safe, great shower, streetcar stop, not too noisy for being in the middle of everything
