Nice, clean place to stay with your bros if your gonna hit a concert at Uptown Theatre.

Liked: Rooms were nice and clean. Tom was super delightful.
Disliked: Nothing really.

Liked: Everything was great!! The breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable and everything was immaculate!!
Disliked: The lighting in our room was a little dark for my taste.

Great location for a super...

Liked: Location excellent. Tram link into centre will really help international traveller getting around. Buffet very good.
Disliked: Tea! Had too resort back to coffee.

Great location, friendly staff and...

Liked: Great location to the shopping in the plaza. Staff were super friendly and helpful to answer about things to do in KC. Hotel also had gathered stuff for a cold weather kit for visitors that were attending the Chiefs game and provided some tips - it was a nice touch.

A nice Staycation

Liked: We enjoyed the pool area the most. The front desk reception was very friendly. However, the water for our morning showers was not hot, delaying out checkout slightly.
