my room jacuzzi wasn’t usable...

Liked: Digital key usage comfy bed
Disliked: my room jacuzzi wasn’t usable due to it leaking cold water with that I couldn’t enjoy my full stay being I paid specifically for the jacuzzi $422

Loved the staff!

Liked: The staff was amazing. We were there because we had to evacuate our home in Tampa because of hurricane Milton. The entire staff could not have been more helpful. They were all extremely kind to my family during a very stressful time.

It’s ok for a night

Liked: The staff, atmosphere and the location
Disliked: The whirlpool didn’t get as warm as the 5th or 6th floor roomThere were no usb ports to charge your electronics, the drawer in the sitting area will not close, it felt a little shabby
