Would have been nice if...

Liked: Clean
Disliked: Three different times to get keys to the room…the door never opened. Had the request an entirely different room but only after desk attendant wanted to run and check on her on…keys aren’t that complicated … we are patients at Mayo in need of kidney transplant and she was like we didn’t do it right …very insulting! 30 minutes fumbling w room keys while having a medical issue

Liked: The breakfast was very good and the shuttle to Mayo Clinic was very convenient.
Disliked: There was trash under my bed and there was hair on the shower wall by the shampoo bottles.
