My family and I enjoyed our stay here. We slept so comfortably, as if we were at home. To top everything off, the breakfast was GREAT!

Disliked: After driving 6 hours, tired and ready to check in for our Thanksgiving stay. I had 2 rooms a double and king. My king room had several of ladybugs on the walls and floor. I called the front desk, asked if they were having issues with ladybugs, she stated yes, the entire state. I asked for another room, she stated they were booked, ppl arriving tomorrow. Okay, so why didn’t she come up and see all these bugs for herself and if I was already checked in, she could’ve moved us to a clean room and have ours cleaned ready for the ppl arriving tomorrow. I asked several ppl the next morning if they had ladybugs in their room, nope! She didn’t offer a discount or even a free night. I did not rest well for two days, no other hotel in the area and my family from Alabama didn’t hear of a ladybug issue.

The place smells good and...

Disliked: Bugs ,itching, no signal on tv, no working phone.
