Everything was excellent! Friendly; easy check-in; parking was convenient; room was clean. We had a very nice visit!

Liked: The room was spotless and comfortable. The staff was friendly
Disliked: Hidden fees!!!!! Parking was an extra 15/nt, wifi was not complimentary and the taxes were not disclosed upon booking unlike airbnb which I will now go back to using.

Overall it was fine but...

Liked: Very convenient for our event and needs.
Disliked: Elevators broken a d had to be manned by a staff member. Bar closed. Staff not very helpful.

Disliked: Parking. There was a concert, I had to park on 2nd level. There needs to be more dedicated parking closer to the hotel. And it needs to be enforced.

Disliked: the room was pricey and thats fine- they dont tell you they charge you $15 to park in the parking garage attached. I had a free parking pass for the same garage for the conference we were at issued by convention center- had i KNOWN they were gona charge me i would have used my free pass...not only did they charge me- they charged me another 15 for my coworkers parking (we shared a room) and traveled in the SAME CAR!! 265 for 1 night is enough they shouldnt charge $15 to park-let alone twice-wont stay again. staff was great except DIDNT mention the parking fee and refused to credit me
