So many things to love...

Liked: Staff was fantastic. Sophia and Liz were both helpful. Hot chocolate station, pool, dog-friendly, delicious breakfast, new clean facilities . . . Everything was really great.
Disliked: There is nothing to not like here!!

The staff were happy and...

Liked: The staff were happy, kind and helpful. We stayed on Christmas Eve until Christmas Day, and the staff were laughing and smiling. That tells you something.There was also a Christmas scene contest staff did- think ice skating scene or gingerbread house- guests could vote on. How sweet.The breakfast was delicious. Spotless food and dining area, and food replenished often. Other relatives stayed at a local Marriot that did not serve breakfast.I used the pool for exercise. Clean and well maintained pool and deck. Warm water. Just lovely on a cold winter day. I didn’t have time to use the gym. Also a spotless area with nice equipment.
Disliked: Nothing. But, consider offering rooms with Bidets.

Would stay again if in...

Liked: The staff were all very friendly and professional. The room was big and the bathroom was very nice. Breakfast was good but wish there was a meat option other than just sausage gravy.
Disliked: The pool was very small. There are no photos on booking.com, if there was we would not have booked because my daughter wanted to swim but there were kids in there so she decided not to since it was so small. It would be nice to have a warm meat option with the breakfast provided, but that's not a deal breaker.

Liked: The hotel was clean, it felt safe as a solo female traveler. The ladies at the front desk were a delight and it was an overall very enjoyable stay
Disliked: Breakfast was mid but it was free so I can't complain all that much!
