Outstanding - found front desk staff very friendly and outgoing. Room very clean, comfortable - great beds!

This facility was well below what I have come to expect from previous stays at Hampton Inns. Unmotivated staff at the reception desk, used soap from the previous guest left in the shower and sub par air conditioner. It was not extremely hot (about 78 degrees) and my room AC had a hard time cooling the room below 76 degrees. I was also assigned a smoking suite and had to move to a standard non smoking room at my original rate.

Liked: The check in is always easy & the convenience to restaurants in the area; great pillows & roomy
Disliked: The TV channels are limited, mattress is ok & I always ask for a 1st floor room because of my knee Injury & I am always put on a higher floor with a hike to the room. I prefer a room close to elevators & I make this request within days or weeks of my stay & still cannot be accommodated

Disliked: Lighting in the room was not good for reading and the doors did not always close on their own. Second day we had to ask for clean towels and pick them up. We had to ask for coffee and go and pick it up.

Disliked: The shower door wouldn't shut in our room and the tv remote wasn't very cooperative. I also didn't care for the maid knocking on the door and trying to come in at 8am. Otherwise it was fine.

Liked: At the beginning of my motel stay, I was charged almost double the price each night the longer I stayed. I am a veteran, receive the veteran discount, and the rooms were not discounted enough, at over $150. I had been here a while, and the prices dropped to $116.
Disliked: The prices to stay in the room each night with a veteran discount. The discount rate was not discounted at a low enough price.
