Exceptional
Liked: Room was nice size and clean. I didn’t see any bugs during the week stay. Staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The little bit of snow they had closed the city down so don’t ever go if they plan to get snow. Only bad complaint is the washer and dryer is $6 a load. The breakfast wasn’t good on weekdays.

Second time we’re disappointed
Liked: The morning/day lady on the front desk she help us a lot
Disliked: The room again didn’t work the ac and the fridge had mold and the smell was awful we have to changed room late night

Nope! Nice lady a front...
Liked: The lady at the front desk and area was convenient
Disliked: Breakfast was terrible, my bed was dirty smell of must and cheap cologne strongly. Got moved the next day to a different room and the bed was squeaky and mattress very uncomfortable. The hallways and elevator smelled horrible like a hard working musty man and water damage. Kinda ghetto and old looking inside. Never again! Thinking about giving up on Hilton allll together because I had this experience twice at tru different states.
