Disliked: We got Charged for the night of 3/7/25 and 3/8/25. We only booked and stayed the night of 3/7/25. Our Receipt showed one night, but our bank shows 2 nights. Staff and Facility were good except the double charge. Now we have to spend our time dealing with the issue. Not Happy.

Liked: Nice and convenient to walking the riverfront and downtown. Very clean and maintained property, plus staff were friendly and helpful! My kids loved the indoor pool area during the cold winter months.
Disliked: Only strange thing was how the room key is deactivated everyday and needs to be reactivated at front desk during multiple day stay.

Disliked: Make sure you don’t get rooms that face highway. Staff were very nice and accommodating, they changed our room so we won’t hear the highway noise. The pool and hot tub could use some deep cleaning. Breakfast was mediocre.
