Disliked: The sewer smell all over the third floor plus couldn't sleep over dogs barking all night across the hall,I needed to stay a couple more nights but had no choice than looking for a room somewhere else,what a waist of my money!

Incompetent staff and managers!!!

Liked: The manager on duty, Annette, was great when i told her that booking.com had the description of the place and room completely wrong. She found us a sister hotel that let my kids go swimming.
Disliked: I am very disappointed in the staff now because the same manager left a lady alone that was her second day. I gave this lady my CC for incidentals like they always ask for and instead of her realizing that I had already paid through booking.com she proceeded to charge my card TWICE!!!!! I have yet been able to speak to the manager, nor has she called me back and I am getting angry as the charges to my card are now causing my monthly charges to be denied!!!!!!!
