Liked: The facility was clean. It was very comfortable inside. The staff was marvelous, but it was the worst bed I’ve ever slept on.

Superb

It was a convenient location.

Liked: Room size and design.
Disliked: Nothing was cleaned. Garbage was packed in the laundry room area all week and the floor was filthy. No one ever cleaned or brought towels or emptied garbage the entire 6 days we were there. I had to request garbage bags to empty and then there wasn’t anywhere conveniently to to throw away. Requested towels twice. Ran out of toilet paper and Kleenex. Breakfast is a joke.

Hampton Inn & Suites is...

Liked: We had a great stay. Friendly staff and very clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Enjoyed good continental breakfast two days. It was very conveniently close to our destination venue. Very close access to highway and not a lot of traffic. We loved it
Disliked: The only problem we had was the bathroom door. We had a hard time opening the sliding door from inside the bathroom. I also did not like that the door does not close completely it leaves a big gap on both sides of the door. I would have prefered a regular door vs the sling door.

It was a descent stay...

Liked: The breakfast and staff
Disliked: The room smelled musty and the window blinds didn’t work. The bathroom door also wouldn’t stay shut

Bad

Disliked: It's been two weeks and still no refund despite back after calling multiple times. Staff will say they will be refunded but then don't put it in the system.
