Love the location, quiet hotel,...

Liked: Breakfast was good - for what it was. Not sure if the eggs were real… Well organized, clean but would have liked real dishes rather than paper. The coffee was lukewarm but very tasty. The ambiance in the room was poor - furniture too close together and lighting way too bright.

Meet all my expectations

Liked: Had various amenities including a gym, pool with hottub and breakfast
Disliked: There is no conditioner in the bathrooms.

Great location, Clean Rooms and...

Liked: The hotel has a GREAT location with a cinema, Tim Horton's, Wendy's and Taco Bell on a walking distance. The room was super clean and beds were comfy.
Disliked: There were people screaming and talking very loudly at 12 am which ruined my sleep but I guess that wasn't really the hotel's fault.

Decent for what it was.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Always consistent.
Disliked: Hotel was busy. Sheet on our bed kept coming off all night. Room was a little too warm and the blower was very noisy. Wanted to do some laundry and they had no change at the front desk which was very irritating.

Liked: Front desk staff was great!
Disliked: I was hoping for a restaurant or bar on premises or near by.It seamed like this was in a industrial area. So Uber rides were long to enjoy what Guelph has to offer.Location was poor.
