Overall a fantastic stay in...

Liked: I was impressed with the quality of the breakfast and the comfort of the room
Disliked: The bathroom looked a bit old. Clean but old. Not the prettiest area but convenient because of the proximity of a movie theatre and restaurants.

Great hotel in convenient location...

Liked: It is a good hotel for a quick overnight stay.
Disliked: Communications with desk staff were good, but not excellent. Dining staff were excellent, nice breakfast.

I would come back or...

Liked: Bfast was good, pool was fun with the kids, place was bright and clean, rooms were great! Well done! Staff was friendly !
Disliked: 7am Sunday morning , we had an early game and by 7:05am everything still wasn't completed and ready for eating...coffee was cold, waffles batter not ready, and juice machine still off.

Exceptional

Disliked: have not gotten the invoice,would you pls send me by the next monday.thank you very much.

Nice location, good amenities, but...

Liked: The pool, hot tub and continental breakfast was nice.
Disliked: The hotel room was nice, but the walls were very thin as I could hear the people next to us talking and playing music throughout the night. It was the worst sleep I have ever had at a hotel. I would have called front desk but my daughter was able to sleep and I didn’t want to wake her to change rooms. There was also a loud fan sound that kept coming on during the night, like every 20 minutes or so. It was a different sound than the heater/thermostat in our room. Also whenever the neighbours opened their blinds it was so loud you would think it was in the same room.

Passable

Liked: We had a room with the jacuzzi tub, it smelt clean and it had my name on the tv so that was a cute touch. We loved that the tv was a smart tv and we could use Netflix. The bed was comfy, and the shampoo and lotion smelt really good. The staff were all very nice.
Disliked: Our jacuzzi tub in our room had hair and dirt in it and when testing out the jets it shot out chunks of brown and dirt, and didn’t drain properly. The bathroom floor was dirty and the shower doors were barely in working condition. We decided to try out the pool/hot tub and both has chunks of what looked like black hair balls in it and there were no towel to use in the pool area.
