Liked: The location was great. The staff was nice and breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were clean.
Disliked: The price was a little high and I was charged twice for my room. I had booked with booking.com and paid upfront and then I was charged by the hotel again. I am still trying to resolve this issue

Liked: The location was ideal. It is centrally located to restaurants, Riverplace and shops.
Disliked: Room size was a little small but comfortable.

Disliked: They charged me 20.00 to check in early, I have never been charged a fee just to check in early, and it just went downhill from there.

Superb

Liked: Loved the large bathroom! The room was decent sized and clean. It has an amazing location. Breakfast was pretty good with lots of options.
Disliked: Mandatory valet parking for $25 a night is unnecessary. Also, the lobby had a weird smell.
