Won’t stay here again. Do...

Liked: Convenient
Disliked: Staff rude, room dirty after I had to wait to check in for it to be “cleaned” and saw multiple parties checking in while I was waiting. Complimentary coffee was cold. Room smelled of smoke and temperature control was not functioning well. Continental breakfast was a joke but at least the coffee then was warm.

Very good

Liked: Very clean, comfortable bed. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Very small TV. Remote barely worked. Breakfast was empty when we came down to eat and the potatoes were cold when they finally came out.

Disliked: When I checked in, they did not tell me that I had to request room service. When I returned at night, the room was not done, and it was late to do it.The rate the hotel charged did not coincide with the rate I had in my reservation. I had to discuss it in the reception and they discounted to the correct date.Breakfast was not great.
