Disliked: The front reception staff and manager were terrible! They told us because we booked with a third party - the guaranteed check in does not apply. We didn’t get our room until 5:30. They told us we were at the bottom of the list for rooms to be ready because we booked with you and they hate third party bookings. We could not believe what they were saying and how rude they were. We would have cancelled but they said they would charge us anyway. It was a horrible experience and will never book with Booking.com again if this is how I will be treated. My friends won’t either and they own a business that makes them travel around the world and they will now stop using Booking.com.
