Disliked: Held $100 from my credit card and it's still not released back to me 5 days later. The front desk clerk didn't know where the Ralph was.

Liked: I was quoted $120 taxes in and hotel charged 140$. Not sure why that changed at hotel. Probably would have stayed elsewhere if I’d known that
Disliked: Change in price. I would like that adjusted.

Liked: Friendly staff, clean rooms, great hot tub and pool and the breakfast was great with plenty of choices.
