It was not worth what we paid.

Liked: It was close to the venue.
Disliked: Could hear the people talking in the next room.

This location saved the day

Liked: The property booked us last minute after a nightmare of a booking elsewhere. The staff were amazing, the place was clean and the breakfast was good.
Disliked: Overall great experience

Disliked: Morning staff name Sabrina was not nice at allI felt like I was being treated as if I work for her and not her working for the hotelI found blood in one of the beds, the phone didn’t work and the window curtain was broken

Liked: Location is in a good spot.
Disliked: The staff at the reception are extremely unfriendly, and not helpful. They don’t even greet you when you arrive. I was greeted with the following sentence “we don’t have rooms, come at 3 pm” while I didn’t even begin to mention why I was here, no good morning or hello or even a welcome to our hotel. Extremely disappointing staff. The rooms and corridor smell bad. There needs to be a much better ventilation system.
