As always with Hamptons, it was exceptionally clean and well decorated. The pool and hot tubs are sparkly clear. The beds are awesome; the breakfast was even better than usual - everything yummy and piping hot. Thanks to the amazing staff!

Liked: I've had bad experiences lately with hotels but this one was excellent for a good night's sleep and offered a warm breakfast. The staff was polite and professional. Preston, who checked me in was a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service. He was welcoming, informative, and all around had wonderful vibes. Give that man a bonus or a raise :]! (Every other staff member that i came into contact wtih was also very polite and professional)

Disliked: Missed the pool it was down for resurfacing , I chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool so was disappointed but will stay again as it was very nice here.

Disliked: Only one elevator in service and wish it was posted that the pool wasn’t operational. Packed my swimsuit for nothing :(
