Not good

Liked: The breakfast was bad-the oatmeal was watery-looked that it had not been stirred up-the bacon was not cooked-even another guest saw me looking at the bacon and told me he wouldn't eat it either.We had to stop and get breakfast on our way to our venue.
Disliked: Then after we checked in and went to our room and got settle-thank goodness I had locked the top lock on the door because another guest tried to open our door*-the front desk had assigned him our room and told me I had not checked in-I told them they gave me key and took my credit card when I checked in. Very scary!

Liked: The hotel is only 10 minutes from Dickies Arena, where we were going for the Conan Gray concert. I loved that the room has a lot of space to put your belongings or to work from (a desk beneath the TV and a little desk so you can work from the couch). The toilet and shower are separate from the sink for the bathroom, which I also enjoyed. The bed was big and comfortable.
Disliked: Unfortunately there must have been an issue with the water heat, because when I tried to take a shower no matter how far I turned the nozzle, it was still cold, so I couldn't take a shower. The hallways were also warm and humid compared to the lobby and the room we stayed in. That's not a really big deal, but it's a little annoying.
