Very nice hotel. But charges...

Liked: We feel it’s not appropriate to charge us for parking at a hotel. This hotel did that.You are a well respected chain in f hotels and if you need the extra money we feel you should just raise the cost per night in that amount. Charging a fee for parking is tacky.

Passable

Liked: You should have sports channels. We missed the final four March madness game on Saturday. Very upsetting.

Very nice stay overall and...

Liked: very nice, large new room (king suite).
Disliked: Healthier options for breakfast (e.g. real scrambled eggs without the fake cheese), better utensils (the cheap plastic utensils were small and flimsy).

Our stay was comfortable, however...

Liked: We thought the room was comfortable, the hotel was clean. The front desk person was wonderful. She was helpful and even texted us to make sure everything was okay.
Disliked: The breakfast was not up to par for a Hilton. There weren't as many choices in the hot food category. Offerings were only potatoes and eggs. No protein. THE FEE FOR A PET AT ALL HILTONS IS 75.00. THAT IS WAY TO HIGH! A LOT OF TIMES WE WON'T BOOK AT A HILTON BECAUSE OF THE PET FEE. RIDICULOUS!

Exceptional

Our stay was fairly comfortable.

Liked: View from the window. Price not bad.
Disliked: Unpleasant odor, stuffiness and sheets caused itching.

Disappointing

Disliked: Loud. People above were very loud and interrupting our sleep. Room was stuffy and no ceiling fan.

Did not live up to...

Disliked: 1. Asked front office rep "do you know of a restaurant nearby that takes dogs?" she responded "actually, I don't" and looked right back at the computer screen, signaling that the conversation was over 2. Caulking in the bathtub was dilapidated and disgusting.
