Overall very nice stay.

Liked: Very good, nice selection. Fresh and delicious.
Disliked: Rooms were very nice, but the mattress was a little to hard for me.

Liked: This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel and we will stay again. Clean, comfortable beds, kind staff, late check in available, free parking and a nice early breakfast buffet as you head out.

Disliked: Staffing: Monica's attitude was unfriendly; she could not find my reservation and seemed not to care. I would either retrain her of fire her. Reese tried to help but couldn't; she needed the general manager. Mr. O'Neill explained about third party bookings, but could not refund my "no show" for January 10, even though I canceled with booking.com days before my supposed arrival. I knew to cancel because Storm Cora was on its way to NC. Hampton Inn and I have parted ways. Next I will find a more personable front desk and

Liked: Rudest staff ever. Receptionist would hardly look at us. Breakfast staff referred to me as “entitled” when I simply asked if I could go in. Amazing. Hotel isModern and renovated. Pitt the staff we encountered don’t reflect the quality of the hotel
