Worst room we have ever...

Liked: Location good.
Disliked: Air conditioner didn't work well, tub didn't drain, comforter was dirty with blood stain, coffee pot missing filter housing so couldn't even make coffee in the room, remote to TV was on the floor. Lady who checked us in didn't even tell us what room we were in- we had to ask. She also failed to mention spare key needed to be inserted into the card reader to make the AC work. We discovered this on our own. Room was like an oven when we walked in. They didn't even cool down the room, knowing we were coming.

We will never go back...

Liked: Breakfast was good. It had a variety of choices available and was located in a convenient place in the hotel.
Disliked: Prior to visiting, we booked two rooms and requested for them to be close together. Upon arrival, we were told that they only had one room available for us. The person at the desk told use there was nothing they could do and they only had room for us. We told her we had booked at least a month before our visit so this had to be a mistake. She told us they were overbooked and there weren't any more rooms. Upon my husband telling her that she needed to find a room for us, she finally did. She upgraded the "missing" room to a King suite. Because it was after midnight when we got there due to the time it took for us to get there, this was much appreciated. Of course, our rooms were then on different floors when we had asked during the booking process for the rooms to be next to each other. The attitude towards us and unwillingness to help us was not appreciated at all. Even after we checked in nobody would answer the phone from our room. We tried to call to get some information and we tried calling 3 or 4 times and each time the phone would just ring and ring.
