Disliked: I was charged $20 for something and Was told this would be refunded. I don't think I have received this refund on credit card yet.

Disliked: The mattress and the pillows were not good at all.

Worst room we have ever...

Liked: Location good.
Disliked: Air conditioner didn't work well, tub didn't drain, comforter was dirty with blood stain, coffee pot missing filter housing so couldn't even make coffee in the room, remote to TV was on the floor. Lady who checked us in didn't even tell us what room we were in- we had to ask. She also failed to mention spare key needed to be inserted into the card reader to make the AC work. We discovered this on our own. Room was like an oven when we walked in. They didn't even cool down the room, knowing we were coming.
