Liked: Clean comfy beds pool location central to needs
Disliked: Cost me extra money to rent a car because staff didn't pick up phone for hours stuck at airport. So didn't have a way to get to hotel and didn't need car in this subzero weatherThe negative out weighs positives of staying here again for me.

Liked: It´s a beautiful place with nice ammenities. The pool and whirpool area is nice and quiet. We had an upgrade and despite our first room was nice, the second one was awsome! The breakfast was nice and the lady in charge very kind!

Disliked: Not responding to booking.com messages. I messaged a day prior to arriving but no response. When we arrived in Fairbanks, we waited for shuttle but no one came. Only that time we called the hotel and that is the only time we came to know that they don’t have access to messages
