Liked: Typical and comfortable for a hotel.
Disliked: The AC in my room was non-functional with openly disconnected wires. The front desk ignored my message about it and customer support staff also ignored my complaints about it. Upon check out I informed the staff at the front desk of the issue to which she replied that there was already a maintenance order in place. So, the hotel knowingly charged me full price for a room that was not fully equipped. There were cheaper hotels in the area and I definitely wouldn’t have booked with this Hampton if I knew they would knowingly charge me for a less-than standard room and also not attempt to remedy the situation upon complaint.
