NOT HILTON QUALITY @all
Liked: Location, suite size & most of the staff.
Disliked: The outdated and trashy broke down nature of the suite for $200 a night, the rude African American man at the desk and the very rude older heavyset woman with dark hair who makes you feel like a bother and unwanted there.

Coming in from Buffalo
Liked: We loved the personal attention from the front office..texted to let us know if there was anything just text..I asked for a pizza recommendation and it was delicious..shout out to Octavious and Debbie and all the staff..you are all amazing and so kind..oh and the pool temp was perfect..and the whole hotel smells so nice and clean..its really too bad about the mall being practically closed up..I won't let that hinder my stays though..thank you all so much for the wonderful hospitality.. what didn't I like should be the question..lol..I loved it.
Disliked: Not a thing..I loved our stay there..can't wait to stay again.

Do not arrive after midnight...
Liked: Good breakfast with Paris Hilton’s strawberry waffles
Disliked: I had a confirmed and prepaid reservation on Booking.com. When we arrived (shortly after midnight) the night clerk said that she could not find our reservation and I had to pay again for the room. The night clerk said that at midnight at the previous day’s reservations were “wiped from their system” and so they could not find our reservation. In the morning, the manager, who was not nice or helpful, told me that this was my fault because I did not call while driving on the Ohio Turnpike to let them know that we would be there after midnight. (We were there shortly after midnight, I was struggling with traffic and weather, and was just focused on getting there.) She also said “this is not our problem” and that all Hilton hotels cancel their reservations at midnight, so beware. When I got home I contacted Booking.com which will issue me a refund. Booking.com said that the reservation was confirmed on their end but that the hotel staff may not have known how to access it with the Booking.com confirmation number. Despite this hotel being in other respects fine (close to the turnpike, clean, spacious room, comfortable beds, nice breakfast) I could not recommend it based upon the hostile and unwelcoming attitude of the staff, especially the manager. I would characterize this as “anti-hospitality.”
