This was our first time staying at this hotel. We enjoyed our stay. We will stay there again and I will tell my family and friends to stay there. Our stay was very pleasant.

Liked: The room was clean; staff was very helpful. It was a very pleasant stay.
Disliked: Pillows were too soft. Single bed pillows on a king size bed.

Hotel was great. The suite was roomy, clean, modern and very well laid out. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was also good. Very close to DPAC for an awesome show.

Problems on arrrival - not...

Liked: All the facilities and the room itself was everything I’d expect of a Hampton inn room.
Disliked: While on a business call after arriving in my car, the security pulls in front of my vehicle as if they were going to arrest me. I open the door to pock my head out and let him know I’m on the phone and about to go in soon but he beats me to the lunch and asks if I’m staying there in a hostile tone. I say yes, he says let me see your reservation… If there was a full parking lot of people or if I was doing something shady, I’d understand but the parking lot was empty on the side I was on and in the back but there were only cars in the front of the hotel. I let him know it was a business reservation under the name of my company and I gave him my name. He parked a little ways away and continued to watch me even after I entered the hotel less than a couple minutes later.THEN when I was headed to check in, the person in front of me was having an issue checking in because the system was down or having issues. He eventually got in but then the same problem happened when I tried to check in so the service person said it might be easier if we just created a new reservation which led me into using my own money and card to check in.

Nice hotel, just need to...

Liked: The size of the bedroom was really nice, the breakfast area is large, well maintained and well decorated and the food is good. The staff is super friendly. Overall, we had a good time.
Disliked: The shower has very, very low water pressure. The beds aren't comfortable, so if you stay longer, bring your own pillow. We were there for two days only; if our stay was longer, it would be an issue.

Best Stay Ever

Liked: The front desk staff was AWESOME!!! Absolutely the friendliest people I have ever encountered staffed throughout the facility. Super clean and super comfy rooms. I can't brag enough about how wonderful our stay was. We recently welcomed twin grandbabies to our family so Mimi, Poppy, and the Aunties have found our perfect home away from home!
Disliked: No Jacuzzi...lol! Seriously though, the pillows could be much firmer.
