This was our first time staying at this hotel. We enjoyed our stay. We will stay there again and I will tell my family and friends to stay there. Our stay was very pleasant.
Liked: The room was clean; staff was very helpful. It was a very pleasant stay.
Disliked: Pillows were too soft. Single bed pillows on a king size bed.

Liked: Very nice and clean and an excellent breakfast. The ladies in the breakfast area were very pleasant.

Hotel was great. The suite was roomy, clean, modern and very well laid out. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was also good. Very close to DPAC for an awesome show.

Promised a better price then...
Liked: The hotel was beautiful and clean
Disliked: I went through booking.com and was promised a price of like $150 something when I checked out they charged me $193 something a night it was 450 some dollars and when I booked with booking.com it was going to be like 304 something so it was $100 more than what booking.com told me it was going to be or I would not have chosen the Hampton Inn I was looking for a nice place that was inexpensive there were other places to choose from that were less than the Hampton Inn that were clean and in a good neighborhood and I would have chose those but I chose the Hampton Inn because I had a good price I will never use booking.com again ever! I will never use booking.com again and I will not be staying at the Hampton Inn again as Hampton Inn gave me the explanation that I have to go through booking.com to get my money back well booking.com does book the appointment for you the room for you but the money doesn't go to booking.com the money goes to Hampton Inn I worked at Best Western's for years and people would book through other booking agencies to get better prices but initially we're the ones at the hotel that get the money not the booking company so it really upset me that Hampton Inn was trying to use the excuse that if I wanted a refund I had to go through the booking company that's b******* because the booking company got me a rate of 150 and Hampton in charge me $193 so that is just total b*******
