Great place to spend time

Liked: Ease of check in and check out. Great breakfast
Disliked: Need more coffee and creamer

Poor

Liked: Room was comfy, good breakfast and good location
Disliked: We notified staff about a tampon in the pool which they promptly closed, as they should. I was given the managers name to see about getting our rate discounted due to this incident. The manager after 3 weeks won’t return calls or do what she said to make things right. Won’t be staying here again or recommending this hotel.

Disliked: I paid more for a smaller room than before. My room door didn't close automatically so we had to pull it hard.
