Poor

Liked: Didn’t eat, the waffle iron was filthy and things were just a mess and kids playing over food as well.
Disliked: Upon arrival the 2 ladies that worked that day had nasty nonchalant attitudes. We could only check in for 1 room and it took a long time to get our 2nd room. They act is if it wasn’t 1, walked in back to discuss I guess and then came out and gave us our 2nd room, I booked these rooms a month in advance.Julius was there on late Saturday night and he was the only person that made our stay worth it. He greeted us and made sure we were having a pleasant stay. His customer service was a + other than that this hotel would be rated a 0.

It is an okay hotel...

Liked: The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was near many restaurants and shopping stores.
Disliked: The water pressure in the shower is terrible.

Disliked: Only local channels on the TV, no option to watch Netflix even though there was a button on the remote. Half the usb ports didn't work in the room. Breakfast this go around was not good at all. This is the 3rd time we have stayed her in a year and this time w were not pleased.

Great for the whole family

Liked: My kids loved the swimming pool. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast was AWESOME! We loved the flavored waffle mix. There is no lack of charging stations for electronics. We will definitely be back.
