The service was amazing. They were very accomodating, especially for Ultra weekend. They kept the pools open late and constantly checked up on the rooms to make sure that we had everything we needed. Really couldn't have asked for a better hotel. Definitely coming back next year!

Good location, nice staff, but...

Liked: The staff was very accommodating. The service staff at breakfast was excellent. the location of the hotel was good.
Disliked: Could not get any sleep the first night, the mattress was so bad. My legs and feet dipped into a gully. the mattress had highs and lows. Couldn't sleep. I requested another room the next day and was accommodated , only to slid off the toilet seat that was loose in the new room.
