The service was amazing. They were very accomodating, especially for Ultra weekend. They kept the pools open late and constantly checked up on the rooms to make sure that we had everything we needed. Really couldn't have asked for a better hotel. Definitely coming back next year!

Liked: The location is excellent, close to many restaurants, the room was big enough for us, and was very quiet, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: One elevator isn’t working, no body knows why, in rush hours you have to wait about 5 to 10 minutes to go to your room

Disliked: Was told our cruise port parking was part of our booking which was so far from the truth $452.00 for 1 night which would include 7 night parking . And we could pay 8.00 a person for the shuttle to the terminal. BUT NO RETURN SHUTTLE BACK TO OUR CARS. (ONE WAY ONLY) WHICH IS NOT HEARD HOW IN THE HELL DO WE GET BACK TO THE HOTEL.
